Hello!

My name is Courtney-Anne Medeiros, and I am the Owner of Compassionate Souls Home Care. 

​

I was born and raised in Ontario, and caregiving has always been close to my heart. Growing up, I was inspired by my mother, who worked as a Developmental Service Worker. Her work ethic and dedication had such a meaningful impact on me and inspired me to pursue the same path. I worked as a Developmental Services Worker, where I supported individuals with diverse needs.

Later in life, I experienced firsthand how meaningful home care can be when someone close to me faced a serious health challenge and wanted to remain in the comfort of their own home. Being able to support them through that part of their journey opened my eyes to just how important home care can be, not only for the person receiving care, but for their families as well. 

​

A few years later, I moved to the Prairies and began working as a caregiver in home care so that I could give back to others in the same way. I grew within the company and stepped into a management role. Through that experience, I learned not only about providing quality care but also how a strong and supportive home care company can positively impact both clients and caregivers.

When I returned to Ontario to be closer to my family, I felt inspired to create something of my own. That vision became Compassionate Souls Home Care.

At Compassionate Souls, care is never one-size-fits-all. My goal is to provide meaningful support that helps individuals feel valued and supported every step of the way. 

​

I have been fortunate to have many inspiring people in my life who have helped shape the way I approach caregiving, and I am incredibly grateful for the experiences that have led me to create something I am so passionate about. Through Compassionate Souls Home Care, I hope to carry those values forward and continue making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals and families I have the privilege to meet along the way.
